Common questions
- How do I save something?
- Type it, speak it, attach a photo, or paste a link — then tap Done. Let's Keep writes the title and summary, picks a category, and turns a list of things into a checklist on its own. If you mentioned a time ("remind me tomorrow at 9"), it becomes a reminder.
- Which languages does it work in?
- The app is available in English and Ukrainian and follows your phone's language; you can switch it any time in Settings. Voice notes are transcribed in the language the app is set to, so short phrases aren't mistaken for another language.
- My reminder never arrived.
- Reminders need notification permission. Check that notifications are allowed for Let's Keep in your phone's system settings, then open the app and save a new reminder to re-register the device. Reminders are delivered at the time you set — they aren't repeated.
- I forgot something by mistake — can I get it back?
- Yes. Forgetting never deletes immediately: open the Forgottenlist and tap Restore. Items stay there for 30 days, then they're permanently erased.
- How do I delete my account?
- Settings → Delete account. This permanently erases your memories, photos, reminders and the account itself, immediately and with no recovery period.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they're cancelled in your Apple account: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Note that deleting your Let's Keep account does not cancel the subscription — cancel it separately. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- I paid before, but the app is asking me to subscribe again.
- Tap "Restore purchases" on the subscription screen while signed in to the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
- Is what I save private?
- Your memories are tied to your account and only visible to you. To organize and search them, their text is processed by our AI providers. Usage analytics record only that an action happened — never the content of what you save. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
