Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Let's Keep ("the App"), a personal memory app that helps you save, organize and find your own thoughts, reminders, lists and photos. By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The App lets you save notes, voice, photos and links, and uses third-party AI services (Anthropic's Claude, Groq's Whisper) to organize and help you search what you save, and to remind you at times you choose. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

2. Your account

You need a valid email address to create an account. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in codes are sent there. The App is not directed at children under 13.

3. Acceptable use

Use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. Don't use it to store or share illegal content, attempt to disrupt the service, or try to access another person's account or data.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Where the App offers a paid subscription, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store's in-app purchase system. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Any free trial converts automatically to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings — we don't have access to cancel it for you. Refunds are handled by Apple according to the App Store's refund policies.

5. Your content

You own what you save in the App. You give us only the limited right to process it — for example, sending it to our AI providers — solely to provide the App's features to you. We don't claim ownership of your content and don't use it for anything beyond running the App for you.

6. No substitute for critical records

Titles, summaries and categories are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. Don't rely on the App as your only record of anything medically, legally or financially important.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently erases your data. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

8. "As is" service

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
